Woodland Wedding with Succulents

June 7, 2016

Succulents are one of the hottest trends right now in gardening and floral design. Not only do succulents look great in a dish or fairy garden, they can be integrated into floral designs and grown as a keepsake after the fresh cut flowers have wilted.

Recently, our designers created woodland themed wedding bouquets for a ceremony that took place in the Adirondack Park. The bride’s bouquet included a mixture of succulents from our very own greenhouses, white polo roses, yellow freesia, white stock and miniature pine cones.

The bridesmaids bouquets included white freesia, mini pine cones, and succulents.

Both the mother of the Bride and mother of the groom wore succulent corsages, accented with caspia and raffia.

The groom wore a boutonniere with fragrant yellow freesia and miniature pine cones.

Each of the groomsmen wore boutonnieres of miniature pine cones.
